Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak (KSKT), a fast-growing agri-commerce startup headquartered in Delhi NCR, has raised USD 1.3 million (~INR 11.03 crore) in a strategic funding round led by Keiretsu Forum and Favcy’s 1stCheque Angel Network. The round, a blend of equity and debt, marks a significant step forward in KSKT’s mission to revolutionize India’s farm-to-fork ecosystem.
Founded by Santosh Srivastava and Ishaan Hukku, KSKT is a vertically integrated supply chain platform directly connecting over 5,000 farmers with more than 32,000 customers, spanning both B2B and B2C segments. With this fresh capital infusion, the company aims to expand into more than 20 cities, onboard up to 50,000 farmers, and fortify its AI-powered supply chain infrastructure.
Disrupting India’s Farm to Table Supply Chain
At the core of KSKT’s model is a mission to reduce inefficiencies in India’s broken farm to table supply chain. By cutting out intermediaries and using real time data, KSKT ensures produce is harvested only after an order is placed—maximum freshness, minimum wastage.
“Our model is built to reduce friction in the agricultural supply chain while ensuring consistent quality and price transparency,” said co-founder Santosh Srivastava. The platform boasts impressive operational metrics: a 68% repeat customer rate and a wastage rate of only 3%, thanks to tightly managed logistics and AI-driven demand forecasting.

Growth Trajectory and Future Ambitions
For the financial year ending in 2025 (FY25), KSKT reported revenues of INR 14.5 crore, marking a fourfold year-on-year growth. With a clearly charted expansion roadmap, the startup is targeting INR 100 crore in annual recurring revenue within the next three years.
To achieve this, the company will be scaling its logistics infrastructure, setting up localized delivery hubs, and penetrating deeper into tier I and tier II cities. A major push will also come from onboarding tens of thousands of small and marginal farmers, especially from tier II and tier III towns, who often lack access to fair markets.

Technology at the Core
KSKT’s technology stack plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. The funds will be used to enhance the startup’s AI-driven systems for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and real-time tracking. This investment in predictive analytics is critical for managing the growing complexity of its supply chain as volumes scale up.
“Our operations are data-first. This allows us to anticipate demand, minimize overproduction, and deliver just-in-time produce—all while maintaining transparency for both the farmer and the end consumer,” added co-founder Ishaan Hukku.

Looking Ahead: From Kisaan to Kitchen
KSKT’s vision is simple yet profound: link millions of Indian urban kitchens to thousands of rural farmers, fostering a food system that is fresh, transparent, chemical-free, and economically just. With this latest funding round, the startup is not just expanding operations but nurturing a movement for healthy kitchens and happy farmers.
As the Indian agri-commerce sector continues to attract interest, Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak is fast emerging as a frontrunner—leveraging innovation and empathy to reshape how food travels from farm to fork.
