Servotech Plugs Into Dubai with New Hub Driving Clean Energy & EV Innovation

In a decisive move that underscores its growing influence in the global renewable energy landscape, Servotech Renewable Power System has announced the establishment of Servotech Renewable International FZCO, a new subsidiary headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s mission to extend its technological leadership in electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar energy solutions beyond India’s borders.

Strengthening Global Presence Through Innovation

The newly incorporated Servotech Renewable International FZCO, established on 11 October 2025 with an initial investment of AED 75,000 (~INR 18 lakh), will act as Servotech’s operational and strategic hub for the UAE and wider GCC markets. Servotech will hold a 75% equity stake in the Dubai-based entity.

The subsidiary’s primary focus will be on EV charging stations, advanced solar power systems, and energy storage technologies to support the region’s ambitious clean energy infrastructure initiatives. This aligns seamlessly with the UAE’s Net Zero by 2050 agenda and ongoing national investments in sustainable mobility and energy diversification.

Servotech’s decision to anchor operations in Dubai was guided by the city’s world-class logistics network, progressive regulatory framework, and its role as a gateway to international markets—a foundation ideal for accelerating the company’s global green energy vision.

A Dual Milestone: Global Expansion and Domestic Achievement

Even as Servotech takes a giant step into international markets, it continues to secure major renewable projects in India. Just a day before the Dubai announcement, the company bagged a 2.58 MW grid-connected rooftop solar project from the South Eastern Railway (Ranchi Division)—a significant addition to its domestic renewable portfolio.

Under this project, Servotech will handle end-to-end execution, including design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar photovoltaic systems across multiple sites under the Ranchi Division.

This initiative forms part of Indian Railways’ commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2030, and Servotech’s involvement reinforces its position as a trusted technology partner in India’s clean energy transformation.

Industry experts see the railway contract as a strong indicator of Servotech’s technical depth and executional reliability, traits that enhance its credibility in pursuing larger international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) tenders.

Leadership Perspective

Raman Bhatia, Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power System, emphasized the strategic significance of the Dubai expansion, describing it as a “pivotal moment” in Servotech’s global trajectory.

“The launch of Servotech Renewable International FZCO in Dubai is more than an entry into a new market—it is a commitment to power the global green transition with Indian technology and innovation,” Bhatia said.
“The UAE and the wider Middle East are taking an aggressive approach toward sustainability, creating immense opportunities for reliable, high-tech EV and solar infrastructure. Servotech intends to be at the forefront of this transformation.”

He further added,

“By establishing our presence in Dubai, we are evolving from a national leader into an international contributor to the clean energy revolution. Our expertise in solar and EV charging solutions will help forge strong regional partnerships and drive long-term, sustainable growth.”

A Vision for Integrated Renewable Growth

Servotech’s Dubai subsidiary will function as a launchpad for global collaborations, fostering alliances with regional governments, private developers, and clean-tech partners. The company aims to localize production, enhance accessibility, and deliver turnkey green energy solutions across sectors.

Meanwhile, projects like the Ranchi Division solar installation demonstrate Servotech’s ongoing commitment to its domestic market. Such initiatives serve as proof points for its technological readiness and operational capacity, strengthening investor confidence and supporting its transition from a national to a global renewable powerhouse.
